By creating a public Share Link or broadcasting in a Live Stream Room, you grant SpinTheWheel.to a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and transmit your wheel content solely for the operational purpose of delivering the requested functionality to you and your viewers.
You warrant and represent that your custom wheel content does not infringe upon third-party trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, or intellectual property.
6. Acceptable Use & System Integrity
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service; (b) launch automated bots, scrapers, or spiders that overburden our infrastructure; (c) introduce malware, viruses, or malicious scripts; (d) bypass rate limits or authentication mechanisms; or (e) broadcast hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, or unlawful content in public live rooms or shared wheel titles.
7. Live Stream Rooms & Broadcaster Conduct
Live Stream Rooms enable synchronized spins across multiple devices. Room hosts are solely responsible for the moderation of their rooms, the distribution of room PINs, and the behavior of participants. SpinTheWheel.to reserves the right to terminate live rooms or revoke share links that violate our community integrity standards.
8. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) & Takedowns
SpinTheWheel.to respects intellectual property rights. If you believe any shared wheel content on our Service infringes your copyright, please send a formal DMCA notice to legal@spinthewheel.to including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the URL of the infringing wheel; (3) your contact details; and (4) a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
