The Veto Rule & Meal-Picking Framework

The 2-Spin Veto Rule01

The Partner Veto Power

Give each person exactly 1 veto token before the first spin. If the first spin lands on a hard 'no', the veto is spent and the second spin is non-negotiable. This prevents endless re-spins while respecting strong cravings.

Separate Contexts02

Group by Context, Not Just Food

Don't mix cheap street food with sit-down sushi. Create separate wheels for 'Quick Weeknight Delivery', 'Healthy Clean Eating', and 'Weekend Splurge' for relevant choices.

Paste Local Spots03

Paste DoorDash/UberEats Favorites

Open the Entries tab and paste 5-10 specific restaurants from your delivery app order history rather than generic cuisines like 'Italian' or 'Burgers'.

Najczęściej zadawane pytania

What if nobody in the group wants what the wheel picked?

Use the 'Remove Winner' option: click Remove on the winning banner to eliminate that option from the wheel, then immediately spin again among the remaining candidates.

Can I add photos or logos of my favorite local restaurants?

Yes. Click the image icon on any entry to upload a photo of your favorite dish or restaurant logo for a visually appetizing spinner.

How do I share the food wheel with my group on WhatsApp or iMessage?

Click 'Share' in the header to get a short link. Everyone can open it on their phone, review the menu options, and watch you spin.
